Affiliate program terms
Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms (version 2026-09-16) apply to the Dayframe Planners affiliate program operated by Lizanne Turner, trading as Pennyleaf Studios. You accept them when you join.
Commissions
- You earn 50% of the net sale price (after discounts, excluding taxes) unless a product states a different rate in your dashboard. Order add-ons and one-click offers accepted by your referred customer count too.
- Approved affiliates get a personal discount code. A sale where the customer uses your code is credited to you, even without a click and even if another affiliate’s link was used earlier. Commission is calculated on the discounted price.
- Without a code, attribution is last-click: the most recent affiliate link a customer used within 60 days gets the sale. If a customer declines optional cookies, a sale is only credited when it happens in the same visit as the click.
- Purchases by you, your household or accounts you control are not commissionable.
Holds, reversals and payouts
- Commissions stay pending for 30 days so refunds and chargebacks can clear, then become payable.
- Refunded or disputed sales reverse the related commission. If it was already paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
- Payouts are sent manually by PayPal to the PayPal email in your account once your payable balance reaches $50.00. We don’t move money automatically; balances below the minimum roll over.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions.
Disclose every link
Wherever you share a link you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission. This is required by the US Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), the UK Advertising Standards Authority’s CAP Code and EU consumer law against hidden advertising.
- Put the disclosure next to the link or claim, before a “more” cut and not only in your bio or profile.
- Use plain words: “#ad”, “Ad”, “affiliate link” or “I earn a commission if you buy through my link”. “#sp”, “#collab” or “thanks Dayframe Planners” are not enough.
- In videos and live streams, say it out loud and show it on screen near the start; use the platform’s paid-partnership label where available.
- Only describe products you have genuinely looked at, and never invent results, reviews or scarcity.
Not allowed
- Spam, unsolicited messages, or posting links where the platform or community forbids it.
- Bidding on Dayframe Planners brand terms in paid search, or ads that look like they come from Dayframe Planners.
- Coupon or cashback sites and incentivised clicks, unless we agree in writing.
- Misleading claims, including implying the products are free or physically shipped.
Ending the agreement
Either side can end the agreement at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms; commissions from fraudulent or non-compliant activity are void. Payable commissions earned in compliance are still paid out. We may update these terms with 14 days’ notice by email.
