Refunds & right of withdrawal
Last updated 16 September 2026
Digital downloads and the 14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once delivery starts, provided you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right. Our files are delivered the moment payment succeeds, so before paying you tick this box:
“I want immediate access to the digital download. I agree that delivery starts right away and I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is made available.”
We record the time you gave this consent with your order and repeat it in your confirmation email.
When you get a refund anyway
- A file is missing, won’t open or is materially different from the product description, and we can’t fix or replace it within a reasonable time.
- You were charged twice for the same product.
- You were charged for an add-on or offer you did not accept.
Email hello@dayframeplanners.com with your order email address and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them. Refunded files are no longer downloadable.
