These terms apply to every purchase from Dayframe Planners (dayframeplanners.com). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Who we are

What you are buying

All products are digital files (for example printable PDFs). Nothing is shipped. Each product page describes the files, formats and page sizes included. You need a device that can open the file type and, for printables, a printer or print shop.

Licence

Each product page states its licence. Personal use: print as often as you like for yourself, your household and your own events. Personal & classroom use: the same, plus your own classroom and school events. Small-business use: you may also use the printouts at events you run or in your own small business. Without a stated licence, personal use applies. Under every licence you may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files themselves.

Bundles, seasons and the “complete the set” offer

A bundle page may say what its items would cost if bought separately; that figure is the sum of their current prices on this site and is only shown while every item is on sale on its own. If you buy an item that is part of a bundle, the confirmation page may offer the rest of the bundle for the bundle price minus what you just paid for its items. Seasonal products can only be bought during their season; outside it their pages stay online so you can ask for a reminder.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD on the product page. Where sales tax or VAT applies it is calculated at checkout based on your location and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Discount codes (including codes shared by our affiliates) can be entered before checkout or on the Stripe checkout page; one code per order.

Optional add-ons

The checkout form may offer an optional add-on (shown with its own price and unticked by default). After payment we may offer a further product on the confirmation page. It is only charged if you actively accept it, using the payment method you just used, and you receive a separate confirmation email for it.

Delivery

Download links appear immediately after payment and are emailed to you. Links expire after 72 hours for security, but you can request fresh links at any time from the “Find my downloads” page using the email address you used at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

Because delivery starts immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is made available. See Refunds & right of withdrawal.

Faulty files

If a file does not match its description or does not work, email us. We will fix or replace it promptly; if we cannot, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund, in line with your statutory rights.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring claims in its courts.
